Teams must earn a bid to compete by virtue of their play at one of the series of qualifying tournaments (listed here).

Every team that stays in one of the officially approved hotels will be entered in a drawing to win a free entry into one of the 2013 official qualifying tournaments.*

*To be eligible for this prize, a team must book a minimum of 15 players per night at one of the officially recognized hotels. Teams must show proof of stay (check-out receipt, etc) to NDP Lacrosse after the tournament has ended. Please make sure that when you book rooms, you tell the hotel representative that you are part of the tournament and that you give them your team name!


AGE ELIGIBILITY

Given the timing of this championship tournament, Rising Stars teams can have players that are currently in their junior year on their rosters at the championship event.  The same principle applies to the youth divisions. For example, a player that qualified on a U15 roster in the summertime and is going into his freshman or sophomore year in the fall may still participate in the national championship in the U15 division, even though he has been in high school for one semester.

In the youth divisions (U15, U13, U11), the age cutoffs are as follows:
U11: all players must have been born after August 31, 2000
U13: all players must have been born after August 31, 1998
U15: all players must have been born after August 31, 1996

Elevation Video is the leader in high definition filming at camps and tournaments in the sport of lacrosse.  We are proud to call them the EXCLUSIVE video company of the tournament. Please note that ONLY Elevation Video will be allowed to film from elevated surfaces, ladders or platforms.  It would be unsafe given the volume of people at our event to allow otherwise. Elevation Video takes ADVANCE ORDERS ONLY. The Elevation Video team can only do ON-SITE orders based on availability. Again, ONLY PRE-ORDERED GAMES WILL BE FILMED & NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER MIDNIGHT THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.
